Trust Your Life

Trust Your Life

In her new book, Trust Your Life: Forgive Yourself and Go After Your Dreams (Unity Books, July 2011), Noelle Sterne applies practical spirituality to help you let go of regrets, relabel your past, and reach your lifelong yearnings.

Noelle is your coach, confidante, and fellow confessor talking to you directly, with compassion and humor. She shares stumblings and risings in her own life and others’, and the resonating wise words of many authors, from ancient to contemporary.

Here you will find personal exercises, lists, affirmations, and prayers for information, instruction, and inspiration.

She guides you with three principles:

There are no mistakes.
The great jazz musician Miles Davis said, “Do not fear mistakes. There are none.”
Noelle illustrates that self-judged wrong turns were nothing less than perfect. All your experiences prepared you perfectly for where you are now.

The past can be reframed and relabeled.
Instead of branding past experiences as negative or wasted, we can view them as inevitable steps toward the future we want to create.
Noelle shows you how to forgive yourself for mislabeled mistakes and take active steps toward building your Dreams.

The outer reflects the inner.
All of our experiences result from our thoughts and feelings. We can create our experiences to reflect our greatest desires.
Noelle helps you name, visualize, deserve, expect, and act on your God-planted cherished desires.

Trust Your Life: Forgive Yourself and Go After Your Dreams leads you step by step, fear by fear, and enables you to identify your long-held secret Dreams, take decisive action toward making them real, and experience the joyful fruition you deserve.

New Thought Paths to Prosperity and Profits

Trust Your Life is for readers of all ages—I am giving a copy to my sharp 87-year-old relative to show her that “getting old” doesn’t mean coming to the end of one’s “useful” life.
–Moira Allen, author, Starting Your Career as a Freelance Writer

I wish I had this book 30 years ago. I’ve been successful in military service and the corporate world, but my life dream was to pursue a career in the motion picture industry. After reading Trust Your Life, I intend to take a film class at a nearby university.
–Richard E. Talley, Ed.D., Colonel, Ret., U.S. Army, and vice president,
      National Electrical Manufacturers Association

A welcome addition to the self-help bookshelves, Trust Your Life is full of very “doable”tools and techniques for readers to create meaningful experiences in accord with their life purpose. The book’s humorous, down-to-earth style encourages all who want to make positive changes in their lives.
–Sorah Dubitsky, Ph.D., editor, A Chorus of Wisdom: Notes on Spiritual Wisdom

Trust Your Life is a great contribution to releasing the creative wonders that remain untapped in the souls of so many people. Reading Noelle’s book, I found myself, even after years of a successful career, looking at “bottled up” desires within myself, and I was inspired not to miss the joy of expressing them in this lifetime. For probably 90 percent of the human race this is a must read!
